case study

The reason I dislike case study is that they (experts) usually located the problem exactly and fixed that by a single (or two at most) idea/ solution, such as "organizational change", "leadership readjustment”, "empowerment”, etc. However, everyone knows that you will never find a single cure to handle all the problems that a company has. The problems are multi-dimensional and complicated. Most importantly, once the company is performing badly, there are always more than a problem, and to be worse, those problems could be independent and irrelevant.
